To re-start a "flooded" engine, you must clear the engine cylinder(s) where
combustion occurs.
The most direct method is:
1) Remove the spark plug and clean if necessary
2) Try to start the engine in order to draw fresh air into the cylinder via
the spark plug hole
3) Re-install the spark plug
