Rout out the cracks with a concrete router or a diamond v tool on
an angle grinder. Install a good polyurethane pavement caulk. If
your deck is fairly level, you can use self leveling. I prefer
NP1 or SL1 from Sonneborn or Vulkem from Tremco.
