My toy hauler has a 3/4" plywood floor. The bottom side is painted with some
sort of black sealer. Near the rear of the trailer this coating is failing.
Any ideas what would be a good sealer to paint it with?

Greetings,

Use an oil-based exterior porch and floor paint. It will probably
have a photo of a wooden porch on the front unless you are in a state
where they are illegal. In this case, if you are a criminal, you
might go to a paint store and lie about what you are using the paint
for and if they believe you they will sell you good oil based paint
for exterior "industrial" use.

Hope this helps,
William

Any auto parts store will have spray on undercoating. Convenient,
quick and durable. Go for it.
