The OP said your technician reinstalled the door molding using screws.
That's lame, and lazy. Whose idea was it?

thats bad that happened to you. i use window world in louisville
ky for all my rentals and have been very satified. if i
got a job done like yours i wouldnt pay.

Same story at our house with minor variations in the details - Same junk
material, workmanship, and customer service. Don't be fooled by what you
see if you visit a showroom.
