Is there a "trick" to properly adjusting the full range of speeds on a
kitchenaid stand mixer? I have the Ultra Plus.
There are three set screws under the back cover. Two on top (spring
loaded) and one on the bottom center. All three play a role in
obtaining the full 10 speed range.
Aside from trial and error, is there an official procedure on how to
best adjust these screws to obtain the full range?
