Is this HTML necessary in everyone of your top-posted messages? Many
people on the globe pay for net access by the minute, thus having to
constantly download this crap every time. A "rule of thumb" for a sig
is four lines at the bottom. Top posting out of context increases the
chance a header might be stripped out of the thread, software/reader
differences, Besides, as a little quote of the thread keeps the person
in Bum Phuc with the idea.

Bullshit snapped out.

Maybe she's referring to the skinny twigs pine trees toss on the ground,
many of which seem to stick like glue.

thats the generl idea, in the Scotts lawn care manual they are calling
anything like undecompsed grass clippings, and pine needles "thatch"

Raking is good for you, unless you create a fake reality in your own head
which says it's NOT good for you.
