I just built a new room in my house and ran the wiring, and now I am
wondering if I did it right. I havent put up the drywall yet so I can
still make changes, I am using the right type of wires but I want to
make sure the way I have the room wired will still give power to the
outlets even when the light switch is off.

Its very simple diagram to read

Thanks in advance

Neall

well, we need a link to the schematic, you can't post a pic in groups.

No, it won't work.

The hot needs to go from the last outlet to the switch,
and THEN the lights, or you need to split the hot into
a switched and a non-switched.

Looks like you're switching everything (all lights and all
receptacles).

Look at the point between the first and second lights. There's 2 wires
there. There would need to be 3 if you wanted to switch lights but not
receptacles.
