Was the paint totally dry when you took the picture? Looks like you might be
rolling the paint out too far and letting the roller get too dry.
But it answer your question, there will probably be some difference between
a wall with one coat verses one with 2 or 3. Depending on what the old
color was there is bound to be some level of 'bleed' thru on a single coat
that would be reduced with 2nd and 3rd coats.
