Space is going to be your problem. See if you can find one of those
drop leaf tables that, when the leaf is dropped, the table depth is
maybe 12". See if the chairs for the table can double for seating in
the rest of the room. Look to a love seat instead of a full sized
sofa. See if you can avoid a coffee table in favor of a couple of end
tables. Light from floor lamps and/or ceiling. Recessed spots/floods
would be nice. Put dimmers on them.
Let us know how it works out.
I like the idea of the TV on the wall. Saves space. You can get them
with DVD players built in, so that is one less space killer.
