RTV, commonly is silicone sealant. Not resistant to gasoline in my
experience. But check the label, maybe some miracle silicone might be
out there that could work. Try an auto parts store for gasoline
resistant sealants. Permatex makes a lot of very good ones and can be
trusted to have something that works.
