Hello,
I cleaned my vinly floor with flash all purpose cleaner and its put
yellowish staines all over the floor. I did dilute it as said, the
floor people carpetright where i bought it from are trying to blame the
cleaner but I think this should not do this to the floor as it was an
expensive floor. Any opinions on this please?

It does not matter how expensive the floor is, if you use the wrong cleaner,
it will damage it. Have you contacted the maker of the cleaner? Have you
tried removing the stains at all?

I find it hard to believe a cleaner sold at a floor store ruined your
floor

Who said anything about buying cleaner at a floor store? "Flash All Purpose
Cleaner" is a Procter and Gamble UK brand, one should be able to find it
anywhere that cleaning products are sold.

I read some info on the Flash cleaner.
It dose say it safe for floors (Professional Flash All Purpose Cleaner saves
you time and money by eliminating the need for specialist cleaning products.
It is guaranteed to be safe and effective on floors, kitchen & food display,
toilet, dining and communal areas.
Is the floor new? If so if you have any scraps of flooring try the Flash on
a piece, If you have a the same bad results Take another piece to Carpet and
show them. After that if it discolors they will blame the Procter & Gamble
the makers of Flash. Also if the floor is new could it be a reaction to the
glue? So as you can see the trail of blame is never ending. It is best to
try and keep your cool when dealing with store . If you have a local
Television station they might have a consumer help department that
investigates complaints and put them on the air. What ever you do, do not
give up YOUR bottle of cleaner.
